In het voormalig tandheelkundig centrum ACTA, nu beter bekend als broedplaats ACTA, is RADION nu gevestigd. Een culturele vrijhaven waar we constant op zoek gaan naar de grenzen en raakvlakken van experimentele en reeds gevestigde projecten. Op die manier ontstaat een programma dat tevreden balanceert op de rafelranden van verschillende culturele disciplines.

Het programma loopt uiteen van vooruitstrevende weekenders tot innovatieve foto-expo's en van street-art markten tot knappe dansoptredens.  Een belangrijk onderdeel van RADION is onze nachtclub met een wekelijkse programmering. Naast onze eigen club-events, hebben we veel betekenisvolle samenwerkingen met externe organisaties. Ook faciliteren we met grote regelmaat zakelijk georiënteerde events en film opnames.

Senior Medewerker Marketing enCommunicatie

Wat ga je doen?

Als Medewerker Marketing en Communicatie is je voornaamste taak ervoor zorgen dat onze club events en RADION goed onder de aandacht blijft. Hierbij geven wij je veel ruimte voor eigen inbreng. Daarnaast ben je verantwoordelijk voor het realiseren van de marketing- en communicatiestrategie. Je werkt nauw samen meteen klein team van collega’s.

De werkzaamheden:

- Succesvolle marketing activiteiten opzetten voor onze club events.

- Content creëren en het beheer van onze online platforms en community.                                                          

- Branding van RADION en het coördineren & uitvoeren van de communicatiestrategie.
- Meedenken over de profilering van de programmering.
- Het opzetten & onderhouden van relaties met stakeholder (pers, programmapartners en overige).
- Interne communicatie(collega’s).

Wat vragen wij?
- Wij zoeken iemand die stressbestendig is en zich thuis voelt in een informele, hectische omgeving.

- Ervaring / affiniteit in de branche is een pre.

- Relevante werkervaring op het gebied van marketing& communicatie en aantoonbare ervaring in online marketing.

- Kennis over diverse doelgroepen en de daarbij passende marketing- en communicatiestrategieën.

- Zelfstandige werkhouding.

- Beschikbaarheid van 20 uur verspreid over 4 dagen per week.

- Uitstekende mondeling en schriftelijke uitdrukkingsvaardigheid (Nederlands en Engels).

- Uitstekende computervaardigheden en ervaring met Indesign of Photoshop is een pre.

RADION is located in the former ACTA dental center, now better known as the ACTA incubator. A cultural haven where we constantly explore the boundaries and intersections of experimental and established projects. This creates a program that balances contentedly on the fringes of various cultural disciplines.

The program ranges from progressive weekenders to innovative photo exhibitions and from street artmarkets to impressive dance performances. We also regularly facilitate business-oriented events and film shoots. A key part of RADION is our nightclu bwith a weekly programming. In addition to our own club events, we have many meaningful collaborations with external organizations.

RADION is looking for a

Senior Marketing and Communications Officer

What will you be doing? As a Marketing and Communications Officer, your primary responsibility is to ensure our club events and RADION are branded and markted succesfull. We'll give you plenty of room for your own input. You'll also be responsible for implementing the marketing and communications strategy. You'll work closely with a small team of colleagues.

Your responsibilities:

- Developing successful marketing activities for our club events.

- Creating content and managing our online platforms and community.

- Branding RADION and coordinating and implementing the communication strategy.

- Contributing to the programming profile.

- Establishing and maintaining relationships with stakeholders (press, program partners, and others)

- Internal communication (colleagues).

What do we require?

- We are looking for someone who is stress-resistant and feels comfortable in an informal, dynamic environment.

- Experience/affinity in the industry is a plus.

- Relevant work experience in marketing & communications and demonstrable experience in online marketing.

- Knowledge of various targetgroups and related marketing and communication strategies.

- Independent work ethic.

- Availability of 20 hours spread over 4 days per week.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Dutch and English).

- Excellent computer skills and experience with InDesign or Photoshop are a plus.

Club Care Staff

You will be the person that performs first aid (always in cooperation with our night manager) and will be a safeguard for social safety inour club.

Requirements

- Proven experience and-or diplomas/ certificates in first aid is preferred,but we can also offer trainings and courses

- Availability for 3 shifts per month

- A calm, decisive and respectful attitude

- A real team player
